I just wanted to let you know that we did receive the package you sent, and I can't tell you how happy I was that you included the vows we spoke, being that we didn't have a video to play back, the one thing I did want to have were the words that you spoke that made my big guy cry! I have only seen tears like that one other time in our ten years together, and they were nowhere near the strength that your words evoked. I thank you! I also will include a full letter that you can post to your site within the week.

Hello Captain Arnold,
I wanted to send you this letter of gratitude for the beautiful ceremony you performed for us and our family on the Skyline Princess. I don't even know if I could find the appropriate words for how you made all of us feel that day. Your words and humor touched not only John and I, but also our sons and daughter-in-laws, who were all married just recently themselves. When I saw their hands reach for each other, and tears flow from my husband's eyes, for the 1st time ever, I couldn't help but feel the overwhelming feeling of love in the room, and could not contain the tears myself, either . From the moment we saw the Trumpeter Swan upon entering the ship, to the personalized details you gave in not only the ceremony words, but the dedication to those who could not be present, to one of my favorite songs in the whole world, and the cake you had made for us in our colors. You surprised us tremendously with your magic at our table, and the making of the pearl poodles for all the ladies was one of my favorite parts. You made our night truly special! I can't believe how much you touched all of us at that ceremony that night, especially John, who I have never seen tears from before. Your words had a huge impact on him, and he will never forget you. I, personally, will always be thankful to you for all you have given us through wisdom, and words of love. You truly are a unique man, and I thank you a million times over!! I am in writing you this to thank you all for your participation in making my daughter and son-in-laws wedding truly a dream come true.
I have never been to a wedding nor heard of a wedding in which the Bride and Groom, family and friends have expressed to me how wonderful a time they had.
Your set up of the wedding chapel was very nice and my daughter looked stunning walking down the aisle. I loved it when you told Vincent to go get his bride! The ceremony was very well done.
As far as the reception, you and your crew did an outrageous job in decorating with my daughter’s colors, red and white along with the food and cake, it was all superb!
My sincere thanks go out to your bridal coordinator Allison as well. She was right there making sure the bride and groom were guided into each event and she took care of my needs as well. She was fabulous.
The excitement of the wedding and the cruise along the New York skyline and seeing the wonderful Statue of Liberty just put this wedding over the top. I have been talking about my daughter’s wedding since her special day and I would highly recommend the Skyline Princess Cruise Line.

It has taken us a while to write this letter, but we could not go on without expressing our immense gratitude to you and the Skyline Princess crew.
Everything that was said in our agreement was completed flawlessly throughout the wedding. Our guests, family members and we enjoyed the most lovely and exclusive ceremony ever. The cake was marvelous and delicious. The crew had a pleasant manner at all times. My bouquet was gorgeous, and every single detail of the wedding was better than we’d dreamed of.
All the nervous tension I was feeling, went away when I got to the ship and realized you had everything under control.
We would also like to express our appreciation to Allison. I was almost in tears when I got the Skyline 2 hours late and without my wedding gown! Allison took the time to calm me down with her comfort words and a scotch on the rocks! She is definitely the greatest personal coordinator in the world! Everything I'd ever dreamed of about how my wedding would be was possible thanks to you. We are proud to say our wedding was absolutely perfect. And I can assure you that everyone that shared this special day with us feels the same way.
Lastly, we wanted to let you know that you were and always will be a very important person in our lives. Your name is even in our wedding certificate! I hope one day we will see each other again, perhaps for our first Anniversary? Who knows?

Michael and I wanted to thank you for marrying us on Valentine's Day aboard the Skyline Princess . The ceremony was wonderful. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful your words were.
We are so happy that we decided to go with the "child's ceremony". Including the kids in the ceremony meant so much to all of us. Our daughter was especially touched that she was moved to tears of happiness, which of course made me cry...and there you were prepared with the tissues!

Over a year ago, we placed our faith in you as planning a wedding in New York while residing in Atlanta would be a great challenge. From the first time we spoke, you promised the day would come fast and that you would make our special day a wonderful and almost stress free event. You not only fulfilled your promises, you exceeded all of our wildest dreams for our special day. Your wedding package left us with very little to do besides showing up ready to express our love for each other.
Family and friends from all over the country were greatly touched by your caring presentation and the fine entertainment you provided throughout the evening.
